Effective 2026. These terms describe a founding reservation at Sanctum Athletic Club ("Sanctum"), a private club planned to open in Laguna Hills, California in Fall 2026. Reserving is optional and these terms apply to your founding reservation only.
Your founding reservation collects your first month's founding rate for the tier you choose — $99 (Open Gym), $179 (Pilates Only), or $199 (Pilates + Gym). This amount is applied to your first month of membership when Sanctum opens. It is not an additional fee.
There is no recurring billing until Sanctum opens and you activate your membership. Until then, the only charge is the one founding reservation above.
Your founding reservation is fully refundable any time before opening day. If you change your mind, if Sanctum does not open, if the location materially changes from the Laguna Hills / La Paz area, or if opening is significantly delayed, you receive a full refund — just email us. We refund to your original payment method.
As one of the first 50 founding members, your founding monthly rate stays in place for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel your membership, the founding rate ends and standard pricing applies should you rejoin. Founding rates are limited to the first 50 members.
Founding members receive the lowest rate Sanctum will offer, priority onboarding, first access at opening, and the exact address ahead of the public.
